1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Customized or made-to-order products may require 5–10 business days. Orders confirmed before 5:00 PM (HKT) are prioritized for same-day scheduling. Processing may be delayed during public holidays or due to payment verification.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time
We provide both air freight and sea freight options based on total parcel weight and destination. For packages under 150 kg, air shipping is used; for 150 kg and above, sea freight applies.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted manually for oversized goods. Large or bulky items (such as bumpers, body kits, or fenders) are charged based on volumetric weight. If you wish to arrange your own freight forwarder or self-pickup, please contact us before placing your order.
4. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
All international orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms. Import duties, VAT/GST, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays or costs caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures.
5. Tracking & Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier link. You may also track your shipment via www.17track.net.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Parcels
Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. If items are missing or damaged, contact us within 48 hours via email or WhatsApp with photos or videos. We will assist in filing a claim or arranging a replacement shipment. Delays caused by customs, weather, or force majeure are beyond our control.
7. Split Shipments & Pre-Orders
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped separately. Each shipment will have its own tracking number. Estimated arrival times for pre-orders are displayed on the product page.
8. Address Accuracy & Reshipment
Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate before placing an order. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal, the buyer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
