2Do all products meet OEM-level quality standards?
Our exterior parts, bumpers, and fenders are designed to meet or closely match OEM quality standards, with strict control over strength, dimensional tolerance, and durability. Materials and manufacturing processes (such as PP, ABS, or carbon fiber) are specified on each product page.
3What is 3D scanning / reverse engineering, and why does it matter?
For complex body kits, wide-body conversions, or old-to-new model upgrades, we use 3D scanning to capture original vehicle data and apply reverse engineering for structural verification. This results in better panel gaps, smoother curves, and more precise installation with an OEM-like appearance.
4Are the body kits plug-and-play? Is vehicle modification required?
Most products follow OEM installation logic and support plug-and-play installation without cutting the vehicle body. However, some wide-body kits or custom conversion packages may require minor adjustments or professional installation. Please refer to the installation notes on each product page.
5Do the products include installation instructions or hardware?
Most exterior parts and bumper assemblies include basic mounting points and necessary hardware. Some premium kits also include detailed installation diagrams. If instructions are not provided, professional installation is recommended to ensure safety and proper fitment.
6Do the products require painting? Are they pre-painted?
Most body kits and exterior parts are supplied unpainted, allowing accurate color matching to your vehicle. Products offered in factory colors or pre-painted versions will be clearly indicated on the product page.
7What if the product does not fit my vehicle?
If the product does not match your vehicle, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. The item must remain unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. Our team will assist with replacement, exchange, or a suitable solution based on your order.
8What are the shipping and delivery timelines? Is tracking available?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping options include air freight (approximately 7–12 days) and sea freight for large items (approximately 25–35 business days). Tracking information will be provided after shipment.
9Do prices include taxes or installation fees?
Prices displayed on the website cover the product cost only and do not include destination taxes, customs duties, or installation labor. Import taxes depend on local customs regulations, and installation costs vary by workshop.
10Is warranty provided? How are quality issues handled?
Most products come with basic quality assurance. If any damage, missing items, or quality issues occur during shipping or use, please contact customer service with clear photos or videos and packaging details. We will assist with replacement, exchange, or after-sales support accordingly.
